Return Eligibility:

+Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. 

+Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed with original tags attached.

+Items must be free from makeup, deodorant, perfume, or any other stains/odors.

+Final sale items, gift cards, and accessories are non-returnable.

How to Initiate a Return:

1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at connectwithtruthgrace@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Receive Return Instructions: We will provide you with return shipping details.

3. Ship Your Item: Package your item securely and ship it back to the provided address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds:

+Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

+If approved, a store credit will be processed.

+Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
